A treatment that focuses on achieving each individuals maximum potential by using therapeutic exercise to
improve range of motion, strength, endurance, balance and coordination. Physical therapists help teach
children how to move independently, or with assistive devices (walkers, wheelchairs, crutches) in order to
play, perform activities of daily living and promote self-confidence to achieve their highest level of mobility
within their community.
